RFA represents buyers seeking to acquire businesses.  In these cases, we assist in the development of acquisition criteria and provide a comprehensive search program to identify and approach acquisition targets that meet established criteria.  We provide the same full range of services to buyers as we do to sellers, including valuation, structuring, negotiating and raising capital for the acquisition. Our services are offered on a retainer basis.
