Robert
Finch has over 20
years experience in investment banking as a principal handling transactions
nationally. For several years he had success as a turnaround expert advising
struggling companies. He has financial management experience with a Fortune 500
firm and has success at maintaining tight financial controls to allow a
mid-market company to grow from $22MM to $100MM over a five year period. He
attended the University of St. Thomas, Houston, Texas, and Southern Methodist
University, Dallas, Texas. |

Robb Hagestad has
in-depth experience in corporate finance, financial analysis and mergers and
acquisitions for middle market companies.
Since entering the field of mergers and acquisitions in 1994, Mr.
Hagestad has been responsible for the completion of many acquisitions and is
familiar with the issues surrounding complex deal structures. He has worked on transactions involving money
center banks, venture capital groups, and many other lending institutions. Prior to joining Robert Finch and Associates,
Mr. Hagestad was the Director of the Corporate Finance Group for Business
Valuation Services, Inc. Prior to BVS he
was Vice President – Finance with Centex Corporation in Dallas. While at Centex, Mr. Hagestad completed
numerous acquisitions in service industries complimenting the home building side
of the business. Before that, he was a
Senior Manager in the International Treasury Department at Blockbuster
Entertainment, and Director of Finance for Pillowtex Corporation completing
acquisitions worth over $1 billion dollars. |

Mr.
Hagestad earned a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist
University. His Bachelor of Science in
Finance is from Trinity University. He is a board member of The Partnership for
Arts and Culture in Education and participates in other art and civic
activities. |

Robert has over 30 years of business management experience including the start
up of a successful management consulting practice. In addition he is an investor/partner in
several service and manufacturing businesses. His business experience includes Pettibone
(heavy construction equipment
manufacturing), Hyatt(hotels), Blount (construction and manufacturing) and
Greyhound (transportation). Mr. Duty
holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Lamar University and a Masters of
Engineering from Texas A&M. |

He
is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, Association for Corporate
Growth, Society of Risk Management Consultants, and the American Society of
Safety Engineers. He has also served as
church Trustee, President of his Homeowners Association and President of the
Lamar University IEDA committee. |
