As an advisor, RFA will:

• Assist in the preparation of a business plan.
• Determine debt capacity.
• Renegotiate existing debt agreements.
• Arrange for new debt and equity financing.
• Negotiate exchange offers and other out-of-court restructurings.
• Develop a valuation of the enterprise and of its component parts.
